    To Activate Office 365 Pro Plus in a Terminal Services environment, you need first of all to activate the Office 365 portal and associate the Office 365 Pro Plus licenses in Volume Licensing Agreement to the portal.

    Once that is done, it will be necessary to install Office Pro Plus on Terminal Services and activate it for each users.

    Here’s how to proceed with the installation on the server:

    Download the Office Deployment Tool software from the following site:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36778 (you can proceed to download english version even if you need a different Office language version, the Office language, will be specified later)

    Run and extract this tool on your RDS server, you will have to run the setup using an Elevated Command Prompt, so keep it easy to get to.

    Create a local folder in C:

    ex: “C:\officeshare”  (the same specified in the configuration.xml file)

    Open the configuration.xml file (created by the tool that you just downloaded and extracted in a folder)  as follows:

    <Configuration>

      <Add SourcePath="C:\officeshare" OfficeClientEdition="32" >
        <Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail">
          <Language ID="it-it" />
        </Product>

      </Add>  -->

      <!--  <Updates Enabled="TRUE" UpdatePath="\\Server\Share\" /> -->

      <Display Level="None" AcceptEULA="TRUE" />  -->

      <!--  <Logging Path="%temp%" />  -->

      <Property Name="SharedComputerLicensing" Value="1" />  -->

    </Configuration>

    Change the language within the file “configuration.xml” according to your nationality in this case, the language is “it-it” and the folder path is: “C:\officeshare”.

    You can find your language code in the following Url:
    http://www.fincher.org/Utilities/CountryLanguageList.shtml

    Run the following command from an Elevated Command Prompt, in the  location where you extracted the tool you downloaded.

    This will Download the right version of Office 365 Pro Plus according to you configuration.xml file and will put it into “C:\officeshare” direcory according to you configuration.xml file.

    .\setup.exe /download configuration.xml

    Run the following command from the same Elevated Command Prompt:

     .\setup.exe /configure configuration.xml

    Then, you will need to connect to every users and activate each office by entering Username and Password activated in your Office 365 Portal.
